Marmot Tours wanted to find a way to extend their customers experiences beyond their holiday and inspire loyalty.
We worked with them to design and build a community platform which allows customers' to meet their guides and fellow riders ahead of their trip, share knowledge, thoughts and plans and to share photos and memories long after the trip has ended.

We built the site in Laravel to keep everything lightweight and enable us to integrate with their existing booking management and invoicing platforms (Xero) via custom APIs.
This has simplified their customer communications, increased their customer engagement and enabled them to solidify relationships between their customers and guides.
